It's usual, Sony(SE) don't announce low-end phones in a such way... sometimes even mid phones also... mid & high-end phones gets the dedicated events usually, and some times mainstream/mid-end...
So I'm looking for 20th for the eyecandy...
+ Sony used to have a nice and announcement in mid year... just remember which good phones was announced before in mid-year... mostly mid phones like Ray and Active... and back in 2007 even high-ends... W960 any one
But now, things seems to be changed. Sony normally have high-ends in Q3 announcement also for Q3 release or early Q4... August, Sep & October is when we may see high ends... you might remember the original Mint rumour which sets Sept/Oct as a launch... I hope if this is the real launch they make the announcement in August/Sept... one month is perfect between ann. and launch.
But I guess Sony should advance it's high-end to steal the lights from other competitors like Samsung and HTC... as peoples when they have something high like Galaxy S3 in May/June, they won't wait till Sept/Oct to have something they don't know if it is similar or lower or higher !!
