Well I just got it and look around.
If it's generic - I will have it.
It's great.
I don't use stamina yet because I don't really use it so much, didn't put SIM inside etc.
What is funky, the screen is a bit darker than T on identical settings.

but a lot of xz users on gsmarena have claimed that this update has improved battery life, speaker sound, ui speed !!!
How is that u guys r experiencing the opposite ???

No updated to the latest firmware and still I got very good battery life. Again, I'm always on stamina mode. What it does is when your phone is in standby mode you don't tend to lose even 1% for hours and hours.
Even people talking about viewing angles, I got amazing viewing angles. From any angle I can read and view the contents. I don't think there can be any better viewing angle than this since I can see and read from any angle.
I'm just not happy with camera. Even normal mode does not really produce good photos. Only in daylight conditions, XZ is superb otherwise it's a fail. I hope they correct it in next update
BTW, when is 4.2 update coming?
