Those in the US wanting the Z2 will have to wait until July. It will be available for Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. The international version D6503 supports all the US LTE bands and it will work on AT&T and T-Mobie with no issues. I will be importing mine since I don't want to wait for another 5 months.

I don't think it was that much cheaper here in poland starting price, besides you get better specs, better screen and overall a much more mature phone.

Nope. Here's hoping they'll put it in the next Ultra since that might be my next phone.
Kinda odd they're not putting the pencil input feature on the Z2 phone or tablet though. Wonder what the reason for that was.

rumour says MDR NC31EM may come with Z2 for people who pre-order or purchased on the release day. sony gave away lots of X10 or another headset with Z1. Z2 may come with some surprise as well. not sure about Z3. may depend on what competitions do.

Two notes :
1- It will be included for some regions...
2- the headphones should be cheaper than any other NC headphones... why ? because the Active NC logic is not in the headphone it self, it's in the phone it self... regular NC headphones have noise recording mic(s) + NC logic + battery to power it... Sony's solution is to move the logic to the phone instead this will also remove the battery leaving only the additional noise cancelling mic(s)... and these mic(s) are the reason of different headphone.. these additional mic(s) does not cost that much extra...
So why not using the mic(s) that is already in the phone so any headphone will be supported ? no as this will require you to have the phone always out of your pocket and duo to different location of the phone and headphones the NC will not be ideal...
just to hint, the solution is good for wired headphones only.. BT headphones will be hard to support such feature as it will require additional stream from the headphones to the phone and the BT standard won't be able to have these additional streams... for BT headsets.. you might want to look for ones with it's own active NC solution...
