> K850i vs N95 pic quality
Bookmark topic
I took numerous pics with the N95, unfortunately I don't have a K850i - This much said. The N95 kicks the N73, not by a huge margine though. The N73's pics look similar to the K850i. My take is - Nokia had more time to sort out the firmware in the N95 . Se will improve the pic quality in their 'flagship' with future firmware releases. For now I have to admit the N95 has the 'upper hand' Of coure, of course some readers may and will disagree. This is a SE formu afterall

About the N73, i owned one. It was good at taking sharp pictures but so lousy at taking shots where red or purpur dominated- it just couldn't reproduce the colours at all. The got brutaly smudged(originally red colour) or re-maked into blue(originally purpur colour) And NO flash.

Can't imagine surfing the net for long on that. For a nice BIG screen
The K850i's screen size is actually just fine for web browsing. It could be bigger yes, but who want to carry around a brick like an N95?
(Yes the N95 is a brick, open the keypad)

vivid colors & the sharp details ?????
the third picture (in the first post) looks bleached (you cant even see the mountains) & the last pic is realy blurry.....
the second & the last pictures (one the last post), looks realy bleached (NO vivid colors there).....like i said before, even Nokias N-serie takes bad outdoor pictures time to time, (even its full daylight and perfect object
WHERE IS ALL LOW LIGHT, NIGHT & FLASH PICTURES FROM N95/N73 ????
maybe N82 will be the first Nokia phone with a good allround camera (it have xenon flash and (hopefully) it will manage low light, night & indoor pics.....thats the only Nokia phone who looks realy good i think...except for the white color)
i dont want a camera who only manage good pictures when its daylight...i want a camera who manage all environments !

MAN! Would it be to much for you to admit that those photos are actually quite good? You are the most amazing die hard SE fan I have ever come across. You must sleep with your phone. You continue to hide behind your reduced size images (and we all know why) and just can't admit that maybe another brand has pulled off some good shots. I bet you my membership on this forum that if you posted a few full res and totally unaltered versions of the images you have been posting that we would all see the same weaknesses in the K850 that many others are noticing. But, I’m sure you won't take up this challenge because you know we are right and you'd hate to be proven wrong. Or, is it worth the gamble to shut me up?
Out of interests sake I have read through some of your past posts. And guess what, you had the same habit of hiding behind reduced sized images with your K810 while proclaiming it was the best thing in world. Interestingly, the picture quality you were getting out of your K810 seems identical to what you are getting out of your k850. Even then you could not see the anti-aliasing issue that affects the K800/K810. So, it's no surprise you can't see the graininess and blurriness in the K850 images. You are just too plain loyal. Your comments are absolutely worthless because you are so biased towards your K850. You know it wouldn't hurt to actually criticise it a little - it can't be perfect.
Oh, you have no arguments from me about the K850 or K800 producing better night shots. But, this is not entirely true - quite often the K800 produces shots that are too dark when using the flash indoors under lights. And, LED flashes produce better results at night when doing close up shots. So, it's a double edge sword. I can show you some very good night time shots from my W800 if you like.

so why bother? leave him to it, y does it matter if one person loves his phone? good for him.
i really dont get the point of arguing with someone to convert them to your thinking until your black and blue. Obviously plank is happy with the K850 regardless of whats true or not so why argue with him because hes not thinking like you?
Its like someone converting you from watever phone you like because they dont like it. Whats the point? you like it so who cares?!
I think its well over discussed by now, everyone knows which is best for their preferences. Gee leave it at that.

i dont want to brag about the screen..(i know some people thinks i do that). BUT please take a look at k850 screen sometime (special in sunshine)...its so damn crispy and have such a high contrast....ive never seen a more crispy screen..
(N95 screen is not bad ...but k850 have a clearer, brighter screen...
i know you cant prove everything with one image..(but there is a different between the brightness on both screens)...sure, N95 have a little bigger screen...but better ?? no way.....
