Sorry to ask..but I am a complete newbie to flashing....

I've downloaded the A2uploader ...but what do I've to do make the A2 software to recognize my phone....i.e what buttons to hold while connecting the USB cable and then what procedure to follow to upload flash themes ...

Thanks in advance

You have to hold the "C" button before connecting your phone to the PC, then hold the button when you're connecting it, hold it until the a2uploader says it's ready.

To upload flash themes, you just need to upload the *.SWF files to tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash

Then just transfer the themes via bluetooth to your phone (after you turn on your phone).

Not much, but hope it helps.

Yes, the "file system tool" first, then press and hold the C button, and following the other steps as I explained before.

How is the W980 acoustic??Any goood??Sound quality increased??And do we get the equalizers too??

Se_Dude i took your advice and experimented!

I have added the W980 Acoustics to my W910I.

Well, Im astonished! 3/4 Times louder then the W910I.

Sounds amazing with the headphones in, although you can't have Mega bass activated with volume ful in headphones! Unlistenable!

Otehr then that, these W980I Acoustics seem pretty amazing

is the quality still as good?

i tried the W980 acoustics and add on the W980i loud modded version by luhhcas.it sounds definitely better thn the original acoustics.i need to keep the volume at most at 4 for listening music otherwise it will be deafening, before this i was at 8 so u can imagine the increase in volume.the megabass is better now too,no longer the muffled type with the original W910i acoustics

and regarding those equalizers i heard that they are not possible unfortunately.but i hope its just for the moment as time goes by.

PS:u need to replace the mic files with original W910i ones because W980 mic files will disable your mic, making the otherside of your call unable to listen what u say.the files are :

- farfield_closed_rec.wbxml
- farfield_rec.wbxml
- farfield_call_PHF_mic.wbxml
- farfield_closed_call_PHF_mic.wbxml
- handset_0_call.wbxml
- handset_0_closed_call.wbxml

Hello. I have also a SE w910i, and I want to upload the acoustic driver "w980_k850_beta_3_by_L..." and want to know the steps to do thhis thing. I am not so versed with this technical terms. Could you tell me the steps, in the most simply terms please? I have downloaded the acoustic driver to my PC(in .rar format). What's next?

@pepino967

-extract the .rar file,u will find some .wbxml file inside.

-shut down your phone thn connect it to A2Uploader

-upload those .wbxml file to IFS/SETTINGS/ACOUSTICS (drag and drop)

-disconnect your phone and start it up.you're done

Zeneticx,

I read in an anterior post, that I should replace the w910 mic files, so I won't any problems while talking. Is that strictly necessary? How do I do that?
