im not sure but since updating my phone to the r1ha036 firmware i dont seem to get a very good signal anymore, only like one bar and it keeps losing the signal totally when before this never happened

probably you need to reinstall again the internet and mms profile settings which you can get it from your net operator/provider. normally the settings will be erased with a new fw update

Install it and follow the instructions to update. Firmware files are usually for reverting back to older versions if you're not happy with the latest one. For the latest version, follow the steps I mentioned
