great! thanks again for all your hard work witchking!
the only issue i see left now is that there seems to be no way to slow down the shutter speed in the daytime with lots of light.
I guess this may be a phone limitation?

I assure you that shutter-speed works fine.
Maybe you've got any other setting turned on at the same time which overlapped the function.
See this for example (Manual Shutter-speed, Flash Off):
1/6400s
1/2 s
1 s

MAN ~~I WISH I COULD TAKE THOSE PICS.
AND I ASSURE I JUST USE THE "shutter-speed " BEFORE I MOVE THE EV.
IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG ,HOW COME THE EXIF SHOWS THE EXACT NUMBER I SET?
I GUESS ITS JUST NOT WORKIING ON MY C905.
THANKS FOR UR GREAT CAMDIVER ANYWAY!

@candler
You have R1FA035 firmware or an older one?

@jake20
Such shots are usually not by low shutter-speed, they are a "blend" of several pictures, taken successively and merged into each other. The traditional low shutter-speed would always over-expose the image in daylight.
However, i think that slow shutter with extremely low ISO and EV could make it look a bit more like that. I shall try.

@witchking
regarding the slow shutter speed during daytime.. my goal was to be able to capture pictures like the below examples, where I would require a slow shutter speed to capture these effects when outdoors during the day.
does this make sense? again, you are the expert
Some examples of using slow shutter with plenty of light
Panning with subject (slow shutter)
Landscape shot (slow shutter)
Capture moving train
Is it possible to capture images like above with this phone?

yea, shutter speed is working fine for me.
I was even able to slow the shutter speed down in sunlight, but the limitations of the hardware really prevent you from taking very slow shutter shots in sunlight without getting a completely white screen.
I actually put a pair of sunglasses in front of the lens, and it helped.. so maybe I will invest in some filters or something like that, but its no big deal really.
Once witchking resolves these last few issues.. this driver will be pretty close to perfect.
Manual Shutter speed scene - Indoor night - No Flash
ISO 100
1 sec shutter
thanks again witchking!

Why is it that when i press the camera button down, to focus, the sceen turns black, and i can't see anything until after ive taken the picture?
If i release my finger off and dont take the picture, the screen stays black?

All bugs fixed, new camdriver coming soon
And i'm really happy today, firstly because of trojan's lovely IC pack and secondly because of C905's Elfpack

Thanks to mc_kibel and KIBER-DEMON for their work.
