I though SONY had some Court work pending regarding purchase and to Put SONY Logo on every handset they should finish off the whole paper work first ?? so will they Put
/ SONY logo??

Would be a really shrewd move by SE to get this out early because there is nothing really stopped them (apart from SE rebrand) but as others have said, all signs point towards early/mid March.

Ugh, I'm really torn apart. I'm sick of Symbian and want to change as soon as possible, but I'm afraid I might miss out on some cool features that might come with Hayabusa (eg. Xenon flash?). Otherwise I'm all for the Xperia S.

How on earth did you cope NightBlade, you deserve a long holiday. I owned Satio too and it was far too much like high-maintenance for my liking. The huge amount of RAM should see effortless performance on Xperia S though.
The screen looks amazing too. Here is a list of screen resolutions for comparison:
