Find way to slap the 24-200mm of rx100 m7 inside pro-i and ppl will kill to have this. Whatever is necessary like curved exmor, thinner lenses (also less elements) .... just do it.
Thinner lenses will affect the quality of the optical zoom, there is a physics threshold - if you want near 1" sensors; their co-related. Curved glass screen please no.

I mean curved sensor. It reduces thickness of modules.
In my country, when you buy something online they ring the bell, if nobody is home they come later. No way the package is left in front of the home. If you live in condo, they leave it with the doorman.

Picked up a Xperia 5 iv for £400, brand new. It feels identical to my Xperia 5 ii. Even Android 13 feels the same as 12, dynamic theming and the design is very underwhelming. Not experiencing any heat issues. Its very familiar but incredibly boring. I don't know if Android is becoming too stale, certainly Xperia feels like it. Perhaps a gaming phone or a Nothing phone is the next stop.

Using xperia android 7.1.1 for years was way better than motorola android 12. Screen recording is hidden, not through power button, the wifi/4G(5G) on/off together is so crap. I hate google photos.
Older androids were much better and easier to use.

I would absolutely love to see a gaming phone. the Xperia Play was a half baked attempt really. They could do so much better if they put the effort in.

Last time they were still Sony ericsson . And big brother Sony does not want the sales to overtake PSP sales , as well as camera sales that's why they tried very hard to go all out but was met with setbacks and spanners. There's a xperia play 2 prototype somewhere but it was scrapped .. Sony ericsson tried...
I was hoping for T9 keypad to be back as well.

Sony should at least give Photo Pro to 10 series, would be good attractive.
🙏🏻, give 557 to 10 V.

Link to the benchmark

They mention this is the second time a result has appeared, yet geekbench only shows 1.

The playstation division was adamant about supporting the Xperia play from the very start.
The Xperia play was released on March 2011 while the Vita was released on December 2011.
This was Sony ericsson's last attempt to save themselves from their demise but it also marked Sony's final Goodbye to Sony Ericsson; their partnership was simply not working with two divisions fighting head to head with each other.
With Sony having full direct control now with Xperia, I wonder if things will be different.
In all honesty, the switch really needs some competition.
A hybrid tablet-portable gaming machine is something nice but I am quite sure, they don't like the idea due to immediate threat from piracy especially from android devices.
