How about removing the useless 16mm?
Iphones and 5v have proven digital zoom does not make it up for it.
Quality is bad. Cropping from quadbayer is not same as cropping from bayer.

60mm was way more useful. Also better than Qi coil.

a little cofusion.

XQ-ES54 (PM-148x) spotted at EMVCO database is said to be xperia 1 VI

But recent FCC certification shows EX-EC72 with wireless charging capability, implying it's a flagship or at least mid-high spec model.
Does anyone know anything about this?

sorry, not EX-EC72 but XQ-EC72.

So my question is: if XQ-ESxx is 1 VI, XQ-ECxx is highly likely 10 VI. But if that's the case, 10 VI will have wireless charging support, which I doubt....

If XQ-ESxx is 10 VI and XQ-ECxx is 1 VI, then it makes sense.

It is obvious from the beginning that that model number has no pattern

We know 1 vi is worse than 1 v.

Can we now know the downgrades of 10vi? I bet the 695 is still there.

Same rear design of s24+ ?

According to zackbucks it is the beginning of the end for xperia no more specialised custom features ir 21:9 4k displays, etc., i think xperias biggest enemy is sony itself they don't want to share there display tech , camera tech, audio tech with their phones like they used to in the Ericsson era, but now we have seen pdt fp1 which looks like mobile will focus more on making wireless communication accessories for other divisions than phones
