I have tried Semicon, Smartnet and SESS (is that right). And I can honestly say that Smartnet to me is the
best SE service center. Bar none. They are courteous, professional and they give you an air of confidence that they know what they are doing and saying. They don't give you any B.S. and not try to wiggle out when they can't fix your problem, unlike others. They are also a major factor why I buy SE phones.

R8A is currently available for original t68i models. "converted i models" cannot get this upgrade.
will keep everyone posted as soon as the upgrade is available for the t68m models.
