i hope the put it in the auto update soon... my k800 is so screwy... sometimes numbers pop up on the menu's and stuff
sometimes i receive text from person A... but person B is the one showing up

I hope when Se releases the next fw that it fixes the phone call list because that is somthing manditory in a phone in this present day. I can see se releasing a model in the future that can't do somthing as crucial as a call on the release.

I called Sony Ericsson Help Desk in Sweden .. they said there is NO new firmeware .. and the latest one still R1ED001 !!! so the main topic in first page should be changed.. they mentioned that a newer firmware is released at SE service centres .. but its not true ..

R1GB001 was added to the first post following the information posted on pages 165 & 166.
It is rather odd that Wotan and others have yet to post this version, so I am not 100% convinced it exists. If anyone can shed light on this I would be most grateful.

I just visited a friend with SEtool and the latest is R1EJ001. But the earlier poster said that R1GB001 is the f/w they had from Service Centre. Local firmware,maybe?

this is so true. i just updated to R1ED but after a week, the call list is not working anymore....
and hope they improve on the sounds of the mp3.

I have a branded '3 UK' K800i, if I debrand it I understand some 3 Apps will no longer work, what apps would these be apart from MSN Messenger.
