Hi guys... maybe its been asked a couple of times already.
Ill be in SG next week and might get a T300 if its cheaper. How much is it at Sim Lim? This way I can get some approximate figure to bargain for.
Also asking if all the units sold there have chinese firmware versions? TIA

scottcmh: tell me if u're still unable to view the picts/transfer it from T68i to ur PDA (vice versa) as there's another method of doing so. However, this second method (which I have been currently doing) does not allow me to view the picts but just keep it in my PDA (I keep lts of them to free some space in my T68

Just found another way to store/read jpegs directly... but you need the McFile (palm software) and a Palm device with SD/MS slot. Activate the McFile software and set it to display the SD/MS contents(assuming you have a card inside). While on this screen, Beam the image from T68i to Palm, and it will receive the jpg/gif straight into the SD/MS, by-passing the need to store on palm's own memory. After that, read the jpg with any viewer (Jpegwatch etc).
When used with the mca-20, it is a great cam-t68-palm solution. (pc not required)
**The downside is that Palm OS 5 does not allow McFile to write directly**

subse: Yuppz~ That was the method I have been currently using!

I use McFile to store all my picts/ringtones/MMS animations in my MMC to free up some space. However, I wasn't able to view them. Can Jpegwatch allow me to view GIF files? (as T68 picts are in that format). Ok... this method to beam T68 to PDA. What abt PDA to T68?
I have lots of picts in my PC which I would love to transfer to my T68. No data cable/infrared port. So, I use ZboxZ (www.palmgear.com) to chnage the GIF files to PDB format. Then, I hotsync it... then beam it to my T68!

scrreech: You can use Acidimage 2.1/2.2 instead, for Jpg, Gif and Bmp. Images taken by mca-20 are jpegs, so that's the format I normally use. PDA to t68 - if i understand your question correctly, is just to use Mcfile to beam from the card memory to t68 (with ir on).
Another possible way for the PC to t68 (thru palm) process would be to use Pinstall to hotsync the jpeg/gif direct to the card, then beam as above.
