http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia[....]era_and_hd_video-news-1610.php
Spec sheet:
http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_n8-3252.php
Im sold

LOL!
I like the Silver,reminds me of the Satio.
Looks like its got good batt life to, 50hours of Music Playback with a 1200mAh battery,more than the 5800 which can apparently do 35hours with its 1320mAh battery. Also 7hours video playback (6hours via HDMI) ,realy impressive.
Moto and Google can keep their power hungry Droids

@Tsepz_GP
Are you happy with it using ARM11? Also, the screen resolution is kinda low by today's high end standards.
I'm not excited by it, mainly because it is Symbian.
News are that Samsung is preparing its flagship Symbian device to be released in Q3. If SE also releases the successor to the Satio around the same quarter then this phone is in for a torrid time.
The good thing about the N8 is the price.

Lmao, a Moto will always be a Moto to me. But I don't know any more, that's what I thought about Nokia. The N8 jsut changed all that, my poor ol Satio. This is so wrong...
I'll never dream of owning a BB either.
The N8 is the way to go bro
lol, the wifey knows what's good
Dups
What's the word on the N8 price?

@gola
I feel your sadness man, I mean the N8 took the Satio's camera and the Vivaz/Omnia HD's video recording capabilities and then added HDMI port for good measure to come up with decent specs. I am just not sure what Nokia was thinking giving this an ARM11 processor when an 8 would do. It is beginning to look like the old SE with its outdated processors on the P series phones. I also hope that this non-removable battery doesn't catch on and become the new standard with other manufacturers. First Apple, then SE and no Nokia with this phone.
The quoted price in pounds is 370 which is quite cheap for a phone like this despite its weaknesses. I think the Vivaz came in at £350. Only problem is that Vodacom will milk the SA public.
@wanqs
Don't make me go commit a crime!!! That is the only sports car I would buy if I had the money. Beautiful pictures!!!

I think the ARM11 part is a mistake, as far as i know ARM11 CPUs cant handle HD, they get upto 640x480 res, unless NOKIA have coupled that ARM11 some how with one powerful graphics processor e.g. The PowerVR SGX530 found in Satio, Vivaz, N900, and OmniaHD, either way, if it has a GPU then it should be fine as both the CPU and GPU will share the load, whatever GPU its using though is on par with the best of them,but i realy doubt its an ARM11 CPU, especialy with those battery times as well, ARM11s are more power hungry than a A8-Cortex.
