The MR2-B firmware is roughly 40Kb larger than then MR2 firmware.

BTW, with the R1N035 firmware on my phone, I've never seen a phone that can connect to multiple BT headsets at the same time... And I've only got two ears!!!

get a mate with a black one...start the update service, let it download R1N035 to your computer, then wait till the stage is says 'disconnect your phone, turn it off, then re-connect'..at this point re-connect your silver one instead and it should flash it with the unbranded black software.

No idea guys I thought Voda let update thru...

About the drm its all about the customization of f/w...

It would be nice if you could have a DRM software manager that could edit all files in phone...

Elace no where to be found....

you can manage files with DRM manager previous to sending a file you wish to use as a ringtone....

Hi all,

I updated my W800i to R1N035 and problems started.

I transferred music from CDs using Disc2Phone SW and everything went wrong - all downloaded mp3s disappear and also all pictures I have taken!

I have tryid all kinds of recovery SW to get my photos back but haven't succeeded. I have connected my phone to computer with USB cable but should I buy MemoryStick reader and then try to recover pictures? Does it make any difference?

Any other idea how to rescue photos? Thanx.

I dont think you'll be able to recover the files...

Hi all

I have just flashed my 02 (UK) w800i via SEUS following these isntructions (thank you!) and am now on R1NA005 so is this correct i.e.the latest?

cheers

I've just updated my W800i, and get R1NA005 too (I'm also on O2). It looks like a different version to that listed in the first post. Maybe a later version than documented in this thread.
