[/quote] yeah Madhav you'll lov it once you enter the swamp basically everyday is some surprise one day a particular moment you'll see peace with only 2 out of 10 agents on call then next moment you'll see calls queueing up and service level is screwed and so is the agent utilization its basically like this but maddy my personal advice
