1st - This FW isn't mine.
2nd - I wrote on my first post, that this FW was available ON SERVERS from 27.12.07. I did not said any word about what is written in FW information.
3rd - My intention was to tell you that not only branded phones can have FW 038
4th - You can't read with understanding what is written... LOL

relax dude. This thread was getting VERY negative with NO new information in site so as ppl were waiting; a gentleman was kind enough to lighten the mood. This allows a fresh mind in ALL of us to continue this discussion. The K850i vs Nokia this, or Nvidia vx ATi-AMD, or this vs that was QUITE on topic. You needed to have an open mind to see that we're comparing the issues that have been left for a little too long by SonyEricsson to get a grip on them and resolve them for those here that are affected; present company excluded as I don't own a K850i.
Take things in a different view; as not all conversations are as obvious as they first seem.
However any NEW findings since the new QuickSilver K850i is now official; as in the new firmware; where is it localized.

I blame SE. a thread like this shouldnt even be necessary. also ive never made the statement that nokia is better than SE. im just saying the N82 works the way is supposed to, while many ppl here are on their third k850.

you make me laugh... blame SE for what? for some bugs which are regular (not critical) issues? every more complicated phone has hundreds of firmware issues. does this still surprise someone? don't you remember N7x? i'll remind you. first N70 firmwares were the most terrific software ever released in mobile phone. N8x was full of issues. N90 was full of issues and if you don't have enough then search for all N95 firmware changelogs - you will be shocked, believe me. even your new shiny N82 have issues... so what?
do i shout "blame Nokia"? should i start "N95 bugs" and ridicule phone and users? no dude, simply because i have respect for everyone!

k850 works like a car that as gotten water in the gastank!
I know most phones have issues when they are released, but almost all get fw-upgrades quickly that fixes it, just not k850
Btw, my N82 has no bugs at all, works like a charm

i dont see how people are saying this phone is unusable because of bugs, i use my phone to call people, txt people, take photos, listen to music it does everything i ask it to, i dont come across and critical bugs that stop me doing anything, what is wrong with you people?
