Here you all have a real comparison between Nokia 6230 and SonyEricsson K700 pictures. I just want you all to compare these pictures and decide (as I did) that N6230 give us better images (specially at night mode. This is clear as you will see). I am posting six pictures, three pictures were taken with the N6230 and the rest with the SE K700i. Each picture taken with any phone has its equivalent picture taken with the other phone. I mean I am posting three pairs of pictures. Each pair of pictures is about the same thing, with same light conditions, same distance, same picture size, same picture quality (highest for every phone). In fact I took a picture using one phone in my righthand while I took the respective other picture with the other phone in my left hand. Pictures are about a little rabitt in a backyard in a part-cloudy day, a rose in a sunny day. Last picture is an indoors picture with poor light in the room. First and second pictures are quite similar. But if you watch carefully you will see that those ones taken with the Personally I think that those ones taken with Nokia are a little better. K700i seems to be too sensitive to light and the rose shows some white zones. Last picture is awful for SonyEricsson. Nokiaīs picture of T-shirt is a very good picture, if you consider that light conditions were poor. Both pictures of the T-shirts were taken using the Night mode option on each phone. THE FIRST PICTURE OF EACH PAIR IS THE NOKIAīS ONE

Yup, those are real girls. One really couldn't tell from pictures only, but I got a close look at them.

@k4m, the color looks like a typical Nokia pale bluish crap. I think it is from 6230.

@k4m!k4ze
Well, all I can say is this: the picture of the rose and the T-shirts DID come from my Nokia 6230. Be sure. I have no special reason to say any brand or the other makes better pictures because I have both phones. What is evident cannot be denied. Nokia 6230 pictures are better. My K700 makes good shots when there is enough sunlight but not so good when taking a picture to a close object that reflects the light (white zones appears).
For more, N6230 in much better than K700 at night mode. Much better.
I don't know why you say you cannot take sharp pictures with the N6230. Maybe the protective glass in your back cover is not polished or maybe you havenīt set quality to "high".
I am happy with the N6230 and the K700. I just want to put over the table the real capabilities of both phones.
I hope K750 overcome this "problem" of low performance under poor light conditions.
