hmmm why dont you just keep your 4gb stick you have for sale coxy? also 8gb will be reallyyyyyyyyyyy exspensive.

i think i may email x1387 asking when they are expecting the w850. Also, is plemix the same seller?

I may well do that, but I can get more so it doesnt bother me really. Yes they are the same seller, although plemix tends to take stuf out of the package such as headsets etc and replace them with cheap ones or doesnt even replace them. I advise emailing x1387.

DONT LET THIS STOP YOU ALL FROM BUYING IT PLEASE! Enough sales means SE will make a revision of a slider shortly.

So you want millions of people to buy it world wide so you can get the sucessor?

Hey dude, there's nothing wrong with that. Not everyone can just buy ALL of SE's models; although we ALL wan to.

I've gotta think of useability so those media buttons dont look like they'll last long.

I might just cave & get the black w850i but I need 850Mhz & EDGE.

Im getting both colours and getting rid of the one I dislike, I have a feeling I'll keep the black.

I think there shouldnt be a huge problem with the life of the buttons, although they are supposed to be hard to use.

I don't think the white one lights up like that anymore. Those pictures are from an early review. The handset has changed since then. For example, when slid open there is a mirrored surface on the back. On the early review this was just plastic. I'm guessing that the final model has changed since that review.

Its actually not a bad design. Back of the slider has a mirror finish for self portrait. Nice size numeric keypad for easy T9 typing. 2MP with Auto Focus & FLash ... but only one diode ... hoping its just as bright as the K750.

> I'm still concerned over the up/down/left/right buttons. Over say a 4 month period we will all know for sure how it will stand up.

>I actually am starting to like this phone and the offical video from their site does it justice. Actually I like almost ALL the SE videos (K700, K750, W810, P990 flash sites)! The W850 style is growing on me.

I just thought of something w300, w700/800, w810, W850, W950i. What will be the next model designation or just a rebirth? I dont know what a w400/450/500/600 will be like but SE stop debuting phones in ONLY Europe bands please.

> Europe market is SATURATED; however SE is smart about the cycle of released & announced phones ... you buy one now and within 6 months you can upgrade keep your old as a backup or give it to a loved one. But the North American market is RIPE for new comers! RIPE I tell yah!
