The best thing to do is to NOT restore a previous backup after an update this is mentioned within this thread and many times throughout the forum!
Hope this helps!

I tried making a backup after i changed the cda and updated and then restoring that backup but it didnt work.
Fixed it. Managed to get the update going again and now i only have one cda where as before i had 2.

New here, but I've been lurking for a few months.
I successfully changed my phone from vodafone using the KulanKendi software and have just finished re-installing and putting my contacts back in.
2 things if anyone has noticed the same.
1. Although I can copy apps to the phone and install them from there I cannot install from the PC any more.
2. I bought 4 KulanKendi credits "just in case"I have only used one.
If anyone needs one and can't use a creditcard but has PayPal then the first 3 PMs will get one each

Phone Connected...
Error: Bypass!> REQ.
I already uninstalled and reinstalled all the drivers...

oh well, ive managed to do my p990 but i struggled with the m600 which is on voda and used the log to totally debrand my very very lightly o2 branded w950, just wanted to apply today for a log and get it tomorrow so i could try and complete the set by doing the m600
patience is a virtue, so they say......thanks for the info spectre.
hey PokenH00D i dont have a paypal account, but if you want to meet at junction 28 on the m1, ill give you the £4.00 in person........only kidding
