I didnt say they had a zoom bug, I am just saying when I am indoors the screen looks very dark as if I am in my bedroom with lights out and curtains drawn

I Dont know if it will be the firmware, but im 75% sure it will be the camdriver. Camriver controlls all (almost). Again, this is just a rumour, and not sure.

ive been trying 2.89 so far it has performed good. i think its a lil brighter than 2.87 and 2.86

and indeed the WB bug last time is improving, now updates as you change your setting... here are some caps using LOCK FOCUS, just to show you how great the driver and the whole phone as well.

WB: Daylight / NO FLASH / FOCUS LOCK method

WB: Auto / NO FLASH / FOCUS LOCK method

WB: Auto / NO FLASH / FOCUS LOCK method

the POWER of DOCUMENT MODE

WB: Auto / NO FLASH / FOCUS LOCK method

WB: Auto / NO FLASH / FOCUS LOCK method

i think the "focus lock" he's mentioning is that you half-press the cam button then wait for the beep...
