The design(second) makes me remember of something posted long long ago. sadly can't remember what was that although it's great, awesome especially the furnishing! but sorry mate, i liked Muhammad Oli's design more. i haven't seen design like that before that's why no pun intended matey

It has a classic "slide down" numeric keyboard and the second pad comes over the screen from the back of the phone i suppose...
But to complicated to be real..

actually its not too complicated as it is similar to N95 mechanically (slide up and slide down)
any way it looks like a mash between muhammad oli and sealovers concept
(excuse me guys but i like the STUFF magazine concept more than yours)
it seems more REAL lets say as in could really happen and its probably going to be introduced at 3Q/4Q of 2008 (as i recall S.E Spokesperson said that they will announce a Playstation branded mobile phone before Christmas and said "but im not saying which Christmas".
