My gps works pretty fast on R3CA037.
Try to use aGPS to make it faster.

You cant update vodafone phones, my vodafone k800 couldnt update aswell.

I did set it this work for google maps, but I did't use tracker becouse This program not use a-gps? or c702 new FW does't receives pure gps signal?

I installed the R3CA037 for europe to get the shortcut key to work.

Ok, that works now but no face detection any more...
GPS is really slow

Any suggestions?

Not entirely true. They can be updated, but the firmware must be made available by Vodafone first. So quite often Vodafone skips a firmware, or the firmware comes out very late - a lot later than the generic releases.

I was able to update my Vodafone W910i a few months ago and I'm hoping there will be a new update soon, cause this firmware is crap compared to my original firmware.

If I can give you one bit of advice, if your phone is working fine now, don't be so keen to update. Quite often the latest firmware is not the best firmware, and is actually a lot worse!
