Personally I find it better than the Note 3. Better ergonomics, more crisp and clear screen, better version of TW, IP 67, better camera

I have not tested much but the G2 is better indoors and in low light and the S5 is better than G2 in good light

Not very impressive then if the G2 beats it indoors and in lowlight? When I had the G2 it eas awful and horrible indoors and in lowlight, shutter speed and focusing is terrible and cannot handle any type of movement in lowlight at all and the lowlight video framerate was horrible too.

Otherwise I find it to be a small cosmetic bump up from the Note 3 (note Size wise). It will sell well but for a Note 3 owner there is not much else to entice one to jump over.
