imho the new transparent plastic keys look cheap, the chrome keys look way more executive like and classy (for businessmen). but still great improvements, just not enough improvements for me to get one. ill jst patiently wait for p1000 XD

hi guys, here are my live photos of the p910 (plus specification table):

http://www.clubsonyericsson.com/en/products_p910.shtml

after testing it one week ago and finishing that product page in clubsonyericsson i came to one conclusion: if the p900 was mainly a software upgrade from the p800 with different design to "disguise" the _basically_ same hardware; now the p910 is mainly a hardware upgrade from the p900 with same design to "justify" the basically same software; which for me means that out of all that, sony ericsson has -deliberatedly or not- made a very solid and coherent device.

yeah it lacks 3g and 6megapixel camera but i mean "solid and coherent" for the moment it's going to be released and especially to its target group. maybe wifi is the only really important thing missing.

by the way, YES, you actually CAN type with that thumbboard

October is actually Q4. I read somewhere that P910 is already in production, ready for the stores in September (Q3 as said in SE pressrelease). However, September or October is not much difference.

Hi guys

Have recently bought a SE P910i. Am happy with most of the features but there are 3 issues I have.

1. The backup speed is very very slow, this is the same for any uploads on to the phone.

2. The PC Suite interface is not a patch on the use-friendly palm interface. I cannot get offline access to my phone numbers etc. nor can I export the backup of at least the numbers in CSV.

3. Any sound recording needs to be individually uploaded on to your comp. The recordings are not accessible through the file manager.

Anybody who has the solution to these issues. Pls help
