BernieJ... Smartnet is transfering to the NSC (National Steel Corporation) Bldg. It's actually closer to Paseo than it is to Makati Ave. If you are to take it's Jupiter St. entrance, it would be across BPI Jupiter, Bel Air Branch. It also houses the 3D Appliance Service Center (their owners are the same).

Hey
Just got a quesiton. I recently upgraded my T68i sa smartnet and i had to pay for it.
They put two stickers behind the phone. Can i remove this? WIll this void the warranty? Because you guys said my next upgrade will be free if there is any.
However, i find it a little bit awkward with those stickers, better to have put them inside the phone. What if i wanted to change housing?
Is there any way you guys can determine in the computer that i had borught the phone before for upgrade?

I believe those stickers can be taken off. They got your imei number in their records anyway, and you can present your receipt as proof of payment

Had the same problem with my gprs. Tried a master reset. Now the gprs signal/ bar refreshes back if ever it dissapears (this is after a change of location of course).
Do you have additional info regarding this ?

i learned my lesson well, next time sa smartnet na lang ako mag papa upgrade ng software. i did that 2 times at semicon coz i bought my phone there but twice too they screwed it up. i am now waiting for another replacement phone in 2 weeks time pa. i think their technicians are only adept at nokia models and not SE phones unlike smartnet which are experts judging from the numerous satisfied customers they serviced. SE should remove semicon as a service point for their phones. they really suck at it. hail smartnet!

good thing i checked on this thread! thanks to darknezz, i now would not have second thoughts whether to go to "the other side" or not. i was supposed to go check for the availability of T68 replacement, but from the sound of it, i'd rather wait with smartnet.
