What slightly disturbs me is that a SE service centre cannot fix my handset after a duff SEUS. What's the point of my having driven 40 miles to drop it off, when they simply had to send it away for "2-3 weeks"? I could have sent it off myself and saved myself the drive. If it is an approved SE service centre, what can't they do there that they can do somewhere else in the UK?

Thanks. Didnt realise it was a fault with the K750i.
Just updated the firmware to R1N. Hopefully this will fix the problem.

can you guys help me. i can't seem to update my firmware using SEUS. i have all the right drivers installed but after the instructions to let me turn off and remove the cable then hit c then connect the cable, nothing happens after which. whatever i do, my phone turns on automatically...
what seems to be the problem? will a hard-reser (master) before the procedure works?

Make sure you are holding down the 'c' key when you attach usb cable.
Only release 'c' key once progress bar begins to move.
If you are already doing this, then I aint got a clue wassup

hey, the problem is that, most likely, you did not download the "k750/w800 update drivers". once you install these, the update will work.

Then use SEUS, will it update me to W800i R1NA005 or will it roll me back to some weird K750i firmware?
Basically I have a K750i running W800i firmware CDA102337/10 R6A EUROPE1 (not sure what this is) and I want to go to W800i R1NA005
Any tips?

Be good to hear what davinci files to use for O2 users - contacted O2 2day and asked them to block R1N because of the mem stick problem - O2 are pee'd with SE re K750. I am loosing photos, whole MP3 directories etc. Happens when you undock from docking station.
SE are useless - no new firmware, havent heard of bug, take to SE service centre blah blah. You know what SE said - copy the MP3 to the phone memory and use them from there. Does anyone know how to copy 1GB from my mem duo to the phone memory (40MB)?
I'd like to go back to R1N on O2 - anyone got the files for me to flash - PM me or post the file names and whether they are on davinci.

I've downloaded drivers, and I've downloaded SEUS 1.19 installation file. When I click install it just block. It does nothing. It says "Installing" just under titlebar, but nothing happens for 30minutes, 1hour......
But I can still quit installation..... I've also downloaded latest Java Runtime Environment, but still nothing.... What is the problem?
Can some1 help???
