Got all my goodies, installed most of em & enjoying only a few
Reason : Hitachi has not launched the 2.5" 7200 RPM HDD in India as yet & aren't gna launch 4 another 6 months...#$¥%#€£...the 1s avilable in HP *grey (without bill) markret* R over 15K 4 D 80GB 1s...#$¥%£#€...d HDD that came with my laptop seems to be working fine but d heat sink plate was faulty. Damn...I thought life was simple.
Finally got my heat sink plate changed (not through Acer) upgraded my RAM 2 2 x 512MB @ Rs.2800 - 800 4 my old 256MB RAM. So only Rs.2000 4 512MB...is that OK???
And finally d games Doom3 working fine...IGI 2 spectacular, Halo has some files corrupted...may be while transfering over LAN, Half life 2 came in rar format in 3 CD of about 600MB each & turnedout 2 be about 5.5GB after unraring but still ain't working...dont know d reason...neway it ain't CS C0. BF 2 & Quake 4 work bueatifully (after heat sink plate change) D USB HDD is of a 2.5" disc so quite sleek.
So whats happening with U guys???
P.S...sai...Got Ur sms...sorry 4 not replying...was so damn busy collecting my Eiddys...managed 'bout 18K...now m busy spending them...got some toys 4 my baby wify doesnt want nething & m thinking of getting a cooler pad 4 my laptop but didnt find any good 1s at HP or L Rd...got ne ideas???
