I have no idea why Hobbs, it installs fine for me, does the ROM maybe have it already installed?
by the way, after saying i was sorted i realised the format done more harm than good, it began rebooting and saying System Not Responding, long story short i flashed my phone back to 1.6 (only official SE ROM i had, xRecovery was removed in the format) ,and then used SEUS to flash back to 2.1 ,man, i have NEVER f*$ked my phone up so badly, and to add to the irritation i had assignments for uni to finish up, anyway after a whole day of running on stock SE 2.1 and just having finished my assignments i am now official sorted, and totaly wrecked, that Data2SD sure humbled me
wont be modding anything for a while (like a week
).

Tsepz What a headache.I also only had that 1.6 firmware to flash but decided it would just be quicker downloading the latest firmware and flashing.Our poor X10's.We can't just let them be.Fantastic phone with great potential.Thats most probably why.Going to try a Video Illusion.apk from outside the market and see if that works.

indeed, we just keep trying to get the best out of them. I wonder why it doesn't allow to install Videocam Illusion, maybe try deleting its folder in your memory card?

We are so lucky to have all this support for the
X10.This phone could have been a dead duck
if it wasnt for the XDA dev community and I
most probably would have taken my new upgrade.
Im sure the camcorder fix will be improved with
HD recording soon as well.
Now just that elusive Bootloader.
