I'm happy with it, it even has Continuous Auto Focus, the moment i saw your post i flashed my X10 to Cyanogen MOD 6.1.3 V4.3 and threw in the CameraFix. Yah, hopefuly they get HD video recording in, but im not too concerned, WVGA (800x480) is what we had before 2.1 and the X10 always did it well, i just wanted a Camera that worked properly, what i hated about Videocam Illusion is that it used software encoding only so the videos it recorded were seriously choppy and people's voices sounded like Chipmunks , couldn't stand it.

Hobbs, i flashed to FreeX10beta4 today, must say i'm actualy enjoying the clean look oed Froyo, dont know why i didnt like it before, Trip's ROMs have lots of tweaks and additions, what i liked in his ROMs is they CyanogenMOD Settings in Settings as i was able to tweak the the notification bar as well as the colour the LED went for certain apps amongst other things, that said i didnt do much tweaking other than making the notification colour black and setting the LED to go Blue for FB, Red for GMail, and Light Blue for Twitter so didnt need all the other stuff, it feels better to be on a much 'cleaner' ROM, glad Zdzihu didnt mess with the Fonts too much, nor with icons, or add more animations, it works well just the way it is, i hate the start-up screen though lol, very nice ROM overall though, think i'll keep it and see how it goes.

I like it too Tsepz.I tend to keep my whole system clean now.Install only what I need, change the wallpaper and change fonts.Thats it.Dont use Widgets except for the Google Search widget on my homescreen for quick access to Browser when I need to check something on the internet.

All I have on my phone at the moment is,

Typefresh & AndExplorer (needed for Typefresh to work)
Facebook
Gmail
Catch (note taking )
EboBirthday
OperaMini
PDANet
Quadrant Standard
Ringdroid
RockPlayer
TuneIn Radio
Twitter
and obviously all the GApps stuff like Talk,Maps,Search ect

Havent been to the Market in quite a while.

Thats it bud and I'm a happy camper Its fast.

Terminated my other contract today. Its never been so easy. This X10 must be good if a contract become due and I don't even care.

Yep, its good to have a clean system, phone just flys. I'm actualy back on CyanogenMOD, i eventualy got sick of the stock Android look, that notification bar realy bugged me, so did its icons ,the whole stock UI is just too bare, the X10 has such a sleek design, the stock UI (for me) didnt suit it, in Cyanogen like i said Trip has put in many tweaks, it has this nice thinner notification bar, with a batt icon thats grey and dark blue ,plus the same signal indicator as the SE UI, with grey and white writing for the time and signal, he also added some more fluid and creative animations, and improved the icons in settings etc... i think im a sucker for eye-candy, i just dig the way the whole thing looks, goes with the sleekness of the X10's design.
Here's how mine looks:

Im using around 11widgets across the homescreens, but i also dont have too much installed, i stopped installing crapware.

congrats on fighting the temptation to upgrade Hobbs!
