two recommended books :
1)A java certification primer by Khalid Mughal -Rasmussen . perhaps the best book to learn java as well as to crack SCJP. caution: pretty tough for newbies.
2) Head First Java by Kathy Sierra -Bert Bates . a best seller this book concentrates more on scjp. the USP of this book is to learn java while having fun.

this week i am on this shift 0130 - 1030 except for tmrw , which is at 1915-1615
boeing boeing is the mukesh , mohanlal team up, where they date 3 air hostess at a time, which is a very good movie...
tallavattom, is the movie in which mohan lal has a slight head problem (read mental) after his girl friend or wife dies, and there was a fly that sat on the corpse of the lady, and ever since then he goes funny when he sees flies, then soman is the doctor, and finally lal falls in love with soman's daughter who is also a doctor in the same hospital, and at last, soman does an operation on lal, where he is put on a vegitative state and then daughter doctor (i think) kills lal seeing his pathetic condition by suffocation.
I hate this movie..

I love both the above movies, but thalavattom is better.
BTW Boeing Boeing is rehashed Hollywood movie Boeing Boeing of the 60s and Thalavattom from One flew over the Cuckoo's nest.

best priyadarshan movie i liked was ...damn cant remember the name (mohanlal and jagdish going to banglore to spy on psycho nedumudi venu's daughter(who lives with sukumari) (gatha is reel name)with whme mohanlal falls in love)...it yhad great comedy
and beautiful songs.it was a copy of a hollywood movie nowdays show in zee english movie channel.a poor b grade copy of the movie was made which is sometimes shown late night in some hindi movie channel.
