LOL, thanks H. Ya the 'Go Train' is kinda like the Gautrain in a way, in that it connects up a lot of the outlying urban areas. The other trains I saw were more conventional-looking and they've also got the subway around the city centre.
Here's a map of the Go Train's routes around the greater Toronto area:

The CN Tower:
533 metres tall makes it the tallest free-standing structure in the Americas; 447 metres to the top viewing area:
The Sky Pod is another 33 floors up

The clear roof on the lift gives you a view of the sheer height as you ascend up the famous CN Tower:
The glass floor, looking way, way dowwwnnn:

Some incredible pics Wanqs!!
I realy dig that Ford with the black grill

looks like an X6/SAV type car, and that Chevorlette Tahoe, are they Chev or GMC? Between the two i often get confused, do GMC tune or own Chev? Many of their cars look alike, the Tahoe and that GMC look a lot a like, my word the F150 and that Toyota pick-up are HUGE, realy awesome pics.
Americans realy have strange tastes in cars, some of them are absolutely dog ugly and others are simply beautiful and look futuristic...what on earth is that white Ford with the chrom rims and grill? Looks like a family car, i cant decide whether i like it or not

,its amazing how little of Fords line-up we see here, they have some interesting models in North America.

NOS energy drink, that would be a hot seller here in SA.
Canada looks like a great place, did you find their English accent a bit weird? South Park always make fun of their accent and Canadians in general, never realy understood why
Must have been a fantastic holiday

@ Tsepz:
Thanks boet. Ya those cars are huge alright. The Toyota is a pick-up called a Tundra (they'd have to change that name if they wanted to sell it in sunny SA, methinks.. although I dunno about calling it the Toyota 'Fynbos'

). Here's another (Nokia 5800) pic of it:
The white Ford with the grooves in the doors and chrome rims and grill is called the Ford Flex. I saw quite a few of them around. A glorified estate/station wagon more than anything.
Not sure about the Chev-GMC relationship though.
Ya the Canadians often say 'eh?' at the end of some sentences (there was even Canadian souvenir shirts on with 'The Eh? Team' printed on them

) , kind of like we say 'hey' a lot at the end of statements etc in SA, but their accent sounds exactly the same as the average Yank's accent to me, but the Yanks also like joking about the Canadians too, as is evident in South Park and some other US programmes. All just joking n' teasing about their northern neighbours.
