Chicken in turn hardly has any taste and can be made to taste like anything you want
I would expect kangaroo to be red meat tho????

eh!!! funny...coz i tot they are available almost anywhere by now.....we can get them in malaysia u know
and yes...it's considered red meat but very low on the cholesterol count.....and they sure go well with cold beer......mmmmmm!!!! one word....barbeque
