Hi,

Thanks for your answer. I have seen your pictures and it is very reassuring. I definitely am going to purchase this phone at some point and yes it seems that generally no one is complaining much about their screens. My only concern is that screens vary significantly in quality.

@moogoo

If you have any chance, could you take Macro Pictures also? I mean, A LOT of them.

Look at my Flickr to have an idea to the kind of macro shots I like most:

@riikotta - well most of the complaints about screens seems to be coming from those with C6902. the UK has C6903, which doesn't seem to have any problems as far as I've heard/read. But, if you want to be sure.. a few more weeks of waiting is all you need. and thanks for your comment bout the fish dish..

@felimenta97 - i'll be taking a lot more pictures in the next few weeks. lots of landscapes, macros, nightscapes, etc.. i really want to see what this camera can do in many situations and also get used to all the settings so I know what I need to do to get the best picture out of it given the situation I'll post pics here as I take them.

@supercoolman - if you read the comments, apparently that's a "defective" HTC one camera. didn't know they had that issue.. *shrug*

The latest update .534 has brought a nice boost to camera quality and noise is reduced significantly. I assume none of you have updated to .534 yet ?

It is out for both C6903 as well as C6902. Europe actually got it first.

I see. well i'm not in europe

and PC companion and update service, both tell me i have the latest.. which isn't true. I don't think the update will come this way until it has been released in this region officially. sigh. by that time, it will probably be the even newer update *G.2.213

I am frustrated with Sony for not releasing the Z1 dock at the same time as the Z1. why should i have to wait to purchase a charging accessory!?

Yes i know I can get a cheap chinese generic magnetic charger off ebay or some other site, but i don't trust them to fit correctly or charge correctly. At least, not until I've heard a lot of feedback/reviews from those on esato.

For now, I'd only want to get the official one, which isn't even available for sale yet! damn you Sony.. this is one of the many things that sucks about you.

(i still love you)
