Email server problem they told me after holding for 25mins, should be back up over night. Trying to backup my pc at the mo, got the fear in case it ever dies! Hope it all fits on 1 cdr as i've run out! Ed

Yeah that can be true. But all the time. It all depends on what agent you get though to. Some very good and some bad.
Some agents do lie to you to try and get you off the phone. But I would say most of them don't.
We support Talk21 Sky Active e-mail where I work. I was on the phone to someone for 15 mins trying to get him back into his e-mail account. Nothing worked.
I founded out 2 mins later that there was a server problem. Now I wouldn't have try and explain to the customer that the 17 mins that I have been talking to him has been a waist of 50p per min.
I wouldn't have known unless I asked my P.S.... See what I mean
