no they are sitting on it
we have two types of chair in this office... nice ones and old ones. I happen to be one of the two people with a nice one. And i get in this morning, and i have a old chair at my desk.
The person who has it claims to have a bad back and therefore it makes it alright to steal it

push them off. If they have a bad back the employer should order a special chair for them. Have they developped this bad back overnight?
