yes JN,rotis r mainly taken with dishes made with pulses or maybe some vegetable/non-veg curry.indians have high threshold for hot curry and masalas so we dont have any hospitalization for someone complaining about masalsas.also during summer,every resto serves buttermilk etc which is a great reliver from heat so no crying or heavy prespiring.
