last night,i saw on a news channel that sania's pictures(postcard size) r a big hit.vendors sell them and r more in demand than the men in blue(indian cricket team).

@blu,i am pretty happy with the bsnl connection.i am having plan 256.for that, u need a modem costing 2000rs.(if u buy the modem,installation cost is free.if u want to rent it out,u pay 100rs every mnth)my conn speed is 256kbps for which i have to pay 500rs.i am very happy about it(except while playing halo online

the only thing i dont understand is their billing structure.all money(modem and monthly rentals r charged in the tel bill)i have been using it since mid aug.till now none of their bills have charged any money till the last months bill came.the internet charges r shown as "debit"...last month,it was 2142 Rs.i think they charged me last month for the modem and monnthly rental of aug.
other than that,i am satisfied about dataone.

for rs1000,u will get the 512kbps speed with 2gb (mine is 1gb)upload download limit.and at night,(2am to 8am),its free upload/download.
also,i searched the bsnl.co.in website,but i couldnt find the usage of my account there.all i get is my email page in dataone.

i am using since mid aug and had to pay the bill for aug last month...2000 rs for modem and 142rs for aug(as they gave conn towards the end of aug).
speed during nigt is very good.i d/l from limewire and others at 30-32KB/s irrespective of day/night.
happy hours from 2 am to 8am.
no i never exceed my limit.i download the movies,music videos,games,play online games and sitcomes only at night during the happy hours.my 1 gb is mostly kept asie for yahoo messenger talk.
was watching india vs s.africa.
