what do you mean independent?? when i turn NM on (ENM), and press zoom, it zooms, and not focus manually... and when FINE normal mode (no macro/nm) it zooms 2x... how do i make ENM shots with focus to infinity?
Like AllanJ said... maybe if we asked you nicely, 21.9b will be made that way
BTW the driver itself... IT'S GREAT

hmm, still dont get it...
Picture Quality NORMAL:
- Normal Mode = Normal Mode with Zoom x4
- Normal Mode + Macro = Normal Mode with Super Manual Focus
- Night Mode = Night Mode with Zoom x4
- Night Mode + Macro = Night Mode with Super Manual Focus
Picture Quality FINE:
- Normal Mode = Enhanced Mode with Zoom x4
- Normal Mode + Macro = Enhanced Mode with Super Manual Focus
- Night Mode = Enhanced Night Mode with Zoom x4
- Night Mode + Macro = Enhanced Night Mode with Super Manual Focus
now get it? plz say yes

What we were talkin about is using macro to enable or disale EM... since changing quality gets you somewhat stuck with EM, and that doesnt please, at least me...
i dont care about zooming, so that is for me so useless... the speed allowed to use macro for changing modes is more pleasent to me than shanging quality...
