I guess the main difference is the tight integration between online and offline media and how you can purchase songs from Playnow directly from the main window itself. Revolutionary? No. Good user experience? Yes.
With cellphone tech evolving at a breakneck pace, it's near impossible to find anything "Revolutionary" in phones anymore.

Oh please, don't compare it with iPhone, we've been through this before. iPhone has been on market for almost 3 years! X10 is still not out. And iPhone does have 262,144 colors and multitouch and tons of apps (to name just few of the important things X10 will not have at launch). This is 2010, not 2007, much more is needed to gain market share now.

There's something called user experience. You wouldn't know what it is until you actually use this device. People have posted links earlier that shows reviewers being extremely impressed with the X10 in real life. One reviewer actually said he would replace his iPhone with the X10. THAT's what a good user experience can amount to. Pretty much the reason why the iPhone sells too.
In simpler words, all your huffing and puffing means jack shit.
Nerds like you go on and on about paper specs. But in the real world, super specced phones NEVER do well if they are not a pleasure to use. Phones like the Omnia HD, the Pixon12 and the Innov8 had great hardware specs, but did they outsell their strongest competitors? No. All the while, moderately specced phones like the Hero sell great. This is something the likes of you will never ever get.
Good luck finding that perfect device that does your dishes and leaves fresh underwear in your cupboard each morning. Let us know when you do, k?

They should take enough time to make sure they are happy and pleased with the phone b4 releasing

In 2010, NOTHING does everything better than all of its competition. Neither would anything in 2030. There would always be something that does one or two things better than the competition.
