@sunfury i think youll find that you can bluejack most people while they are starin you in the face and they will never be the wiser (least thats how it is in the states). ive donr it to people playin with their phones sittin across from me on the bus, so just have fun with it and risk it it makes a semi mundane prank more exciteing.

Sitting at a dead stop in a traffic jam on the motorway a few weeks ago i noticed a woman apparently writing an sms on her 6310i right alongside my truck. Did a search and sure enuff "6310i" popped up. So i created a contact "Don't u just hate traffic jams?" the confusion on her face was a picture as she looked around... just before i could send a second bluejack "nice wheels-shame about the phone" the traffic started moving and she was gone! but it kept me smiling for hours

Good job m8!

It's even funnier to Bjack men, though. They get wigged out when they realise they don't understand squat about their phones. As a woman, nobody expects me to be a techno-geek, at least not in the USA! Besides, I can play 'stupid' as if I'm confused about my phone.

friscosjoke, you may be right. so, bluejacking means self-confidence, and experience.
@mince-inside, your link seems not to be working, perhaps just a server error. dunno.

do you guys know if the nokia 3650 gives any type of alert when getting bluejacked? My friend has one and I wanted to bluejack him, he had the phone in his pocket, but it did not alert him that something was incoming, so the transfer failed....help? That stuff sounds like too much fun

Not enough BT here though...

The 3650 needs your friend to click YES to accept the message.
So do all Bluetooth Nokia phones, except the 6310.

@bocanito - well tell your friend to give you his phone and try out a couple of messages and different distances.
