The dismantaled psp must have been mis labled. There is not a mic in the psp. I know this 100% and will put £10 if you prove me wrong lol.

So guess thats the answer. Can anyone provide any good links on how to easley downgrade from fw 2.00 to 1.50 (had to install 2.00 for gta).

try this.

its really easy, you need to copy a image in the photo file and put the other files in the games folder. Then you display the picture for about 30 seconds, hold the power switch until the psp switches off, put it on, under the game section find the old upgrade and run it. it will give you a error at 99% which is normal, switch of the psp and turn it on again, then you will get another error, press O to fix it and job done.
