Yep, i simply cant let the X10 go, not ever going to happen, ive still got my 1st smartphone in its box, the Nokia N80, and my X10 will sit with it when it finaly kicks the bucket, had a great experience with this phone.

you know!

Yep, its already available with Vodacom for around R249pm, seems they've discontinued the original Arc, lol, yep im seeing it hit around +R5500 cash but being an SE the price will eventualy drop to much less than that.

Thanks for that link, shouldnt be too long now until it hits our networks. Can you believe the new MOTOROLA RAZR is already available at Voda??? Got their new catalogue, its going for R269pm Business Call just like the N9, i cant believe how quickly Moto got this thing here after announcement, im actualy very keen on it.

The XL is a disaster IMO, it uses outdated hardware (same CPU as Desire HD), a huge 4.7" display with a lower res than the XE at 800x480, and as you pointed out no mem expansion, HTC literaly took the Titan, through Android in it and splashed a new paint job on it.

Eish, SE Arc S, anyway, I'm not in hurry to get a new phone yet, even though I'm having charging problems...

Got to play around with a GS2 today, dang that thing is light, doesn't feel premium like the iPhone 4 though. Awesome screen on the other hand. Call me weird, but I just don't like Android, kinda wish SE had stuck with their own OS. iOS on the other hand just looks too fun and for kids...

Kudos to Motorola for bringing the Razr so early, I love the ads. Whilst the iphone 4s and Galaxy Note are no where to be seen

@gola

I agree, iOS is indeed kiddish, it just looks like it was designed by 10 year olds.

I am liking Android and I am eyeing the Razr at this stage even though something tells me to wait and see what this SE/Sony Nozomi has to offer.

By the way, the Note is already here in SA.

Dups
Well atleast the Razr won't be plasticky like the GS2, got to admit, Motorola did a good job with this one.
I can't wait for the Nozomi either, but I'm afraid it will probably be out of my reach.
Thanks for the heads up on the Note, weird my brother went to Mtn and they told him it's coming in December. So i'm guessing it's Vodacom that has it, i'm not surprised. Seems like Vodacom gets the new phones first because we were also told that the iphone is coming in February for Mtn, whilst Vodacom will have it next month.
Cell C on the other, I wonder how they are still around...

Yep, sadly for your brother, it is Vodacom that has it. True, the Razr is a stunning piece of engineering from Moto. I just love the build quality.

Thats great news Hobbs, cant wait for the final product!

By the way i used a Galaxy Note today, on of my friends got it and shes loving it, must say VERY tempting i was able to use it one handed which is great considering its sheer size, its made things even more difficult, only issue is that at gym i use my X10 as my music player and when running it can be an issue in the pocket otherwise i think i'd be happy with it, hmm...decisions decisions.

That's cool to hear Tsepz. I have to admit I don't have that problem. Kind of a one horse race for me. It's the Note or Nada.

Galaxy Note......Galaxy Nexus.....Galaxy Note......Galaxy Nexus.....Galaxy Note......Galaxy Nexus....

Good thing my upgrade is still a few months away as I am torn between the two, although the Note is ahead by a whisker.
That is unless SE comes out with something better (not likely). I have been a huge fanboi of SE/Ericsson for the last 16 years (never owned anything else) but times they are a-changing!

The Galaxy Note aswell as other were released in white today in Germany. Should be elsewhere soon too. There is also a video showing that the Galaxy Note is actually quite pocketable but not so in tight jeans.
