Just moved from BT at �24.99 a month for 8Meg unlimited usage where the best I got was 5500kbps to O2 at �7.50 a month for 8meg unlimited usage and getting 1 meg more down than BT. I am saving �17.50 a month and getting quicker down and up speeds.

exactly what i did. i think you'll find the latency improve over a couple of months, mines dropped from 36ms ping to 20ms.
