I got my C905 for x-mas from my son, and it was a black one, and so far so good, the slide did woble a bit, and the smal metalstrip on the side of the cameracover was not a good fit, last week I decided to have a go at disasembling the phone to see if I could improve on things a bit ( this is not for the fainthearted), and I also decided to change the colour of the phone, it is now copper/gold, and I changed everything, back metalic plate and all, the earpeace was on the glitz, so I changed that to. Now I have a superb phone that does not woble and the sound ( thanks to softwaremod) is superb. these phones are very sencetive to sideways woble, this affects the keys, they will stop functioning, I found that there was to much space for ie the controlkeys to move under the actual casing. I hope that they look into the problems of the 905 soon, as it is a very good phone, the best I have had so far.
Not bad for a mother of three if I may say so myself
Regards Dezrez

It reminds me of the N95 trick to stop the wobble
As for Wifi problems, are they still in the new productions or SE repaired it with the latest baches?

I took my C905 last weekend to replace the keypad membrane.I got the disassembly instruction from here
http://rapidshare.com/files/170258968/Working_Instruction.pdf. Worked well. I'm thinking of changing my cover to ice silver next.

Having my C905 replaced again, tomorrow I will have my 4th model. This time the speaker has bust, again! So...
1st: Speaker bust.
2nd: 'C' key jammed making it unusable.
3rd: Speak bust... and down arrow key was stiff but I learnt to live with it.
4th: I'll keep you posted, just a matter of time I reckon.
I love the phone! And customer service from Orange could literally not have been better! But the faults are really starting to get on my nerves. Should this one break I may try and negotiate a different phone.

Im now on my second C905 from 3 network in the UK however I cant fault the aftersales service they have given. I got the first one back in November last year, and after about a month the number 5 key packed up, so back it went to 3 via courier, even tho it was over CHristmas it still only took 4 days for it to come back working again. Then earlier this month out of the blue the screen when completely white when i opened the phone in the morning. This time i took it back to the 3 shop and again within 3 days a had a call to say it had been repaired. However when i went to pick it up it turns out they had given me a new phone.....im not normally that lucky lol!

I really want to get a C905 but i'm not prepared to pay £350 while there is still hardware faults on these phones, have sony ericsson not sorted this out yet?
Surely phones bought now have all these issues fixed?
