sir what will i do next? its complete but i dont see any shutdown or what.. stop and quit only..

Shutdown button is right below the window where your filesystem was opened for customization.
When the process is going on, the shutdown button is not visible. After completion of process, it will be visible.
About that cant ack error, Your phone disconnected in between. May be your fast-port is loose that a little shack of the phone and your cable loose its connection with phone.

Yes, you can't change your phones certificate with A2 Uploader, your phone will remain the same certificate when you flash it using this tutorial

No need to change certificate, a brown certificate is only needed for advanced modding such as patches and Elf packs.

Like it is said before, you need brown certificate
only for patches and elf packs. Rest of the modding can be done in red certificate.
