I think this forum was created for the online service and not for O2 issues, those problems happen to the owner of O2 phone because you dont spend money for a unbranded phone, so please create another forum for O2 K700

If your refering to this thread when you say forum, then yes - i know it was created for the discussion of the SE online update service, and if you read the end of my post I did make an effort to try and get the thread back on topic.
And these problems don't simply happen because I didn't choose to buy an unbranded phone - an stated earlier in this thread, this is a temporary problem that O2 and SE are addressing. If i can get a huge discount on the price of a handset because of my contract with O2 then I would be stupid not to take that opportunity. Particularily so because the O2 branding is so minimal - only a O2 icon on the menu, and startup/shutdown screensavers that i actually like.
Its still early days with this service but i'm sure they will get this problem sorted asap so i may update my firmware.

@tom78999
I totally agree. Anyway the only problem with buying a O2 phone is this online update that will probably be working soon.

Hi
Tried to update my Voda K700i last night using the Online Update Service. It told me there was no update for my operator. I thought other users on this forum had posted that they managed to do it?
