Can any one tell me when to use what settings ? ?

How do i improve my K850i's picture quality ? I am not satisfied with the ones that my one produces....see my pictures on page 179.

Please help me here ! ! !

Do I have to do anything with the cam driver or anything of that kind ? ?

Please help me.

BTW flash works good

Your K850i pics look pretty much on par with what they are supposed to look like. The K850/K800 line have never been known for their good color saturation. The xenon flash is by far their best feature.

@famous: i dont use any especial setting for all my pictures, sometimes just point and shot
but the phone have some camera features that you have to try, take a picture 3 or 4 times with different settings to know what is the best, play more with your camera and you will see.

(sorry for my english)

Decrease the EV, use Document Mode if needed.
However, I haven't tried my k850 shooting at sunny daylight yet cause it has been always a rainy day for almost 3 weeks! I'm just desperate to see how different my k850 can do in a sunny daylight (compared to my k770 which is very good in daylight).

Have you tried setting white balance to daylight mode?? It gives very natural colours in the day AND, if you want to maximise your phone, set ti to document mode, daylight whie balance and EV-0.7.

hehe tak guy taken by nokia will look like zombie even if he was photographed by billion dollar camera:)) okay then..i try in upcoming days mix ISO and EV with flash and i will see what it can produce:)
i must say that i am now more satisfied with pictures taken in cloudy weather condition(seems the FW did the job) and sunlight pics are great for cameraphone..so now is the only one problem left for me..above mentioned faces..

famous... there is only ONE tip how to get good pictures with cell phones;
find/use the "Right" light. the settings arent that important, the light AND HOW YOU USE THAT LIGHT is the most important.

ps. full daylight sunshine is NOT the best light, (its to bright). the absolutley best light is at the morning or evening. (ask a "real" photographer and he will tell you the same )
