Same here. Had my P800 changed to mineral gray. Got the phone back and noticed that the battery would not fit as snugly as it used to. I traced the cause to a bent part of the frame. They fixed it on the spot. But this leaves some uncertainties as to the way the phone is handled by them. Hope they look into this matter constructively. By far, their customer service is the best but phone handling leaves a lot to be desired. I would rather have poor customer service than get my phone in mangled shape.

When I had my P800 converted to mineral grey a few weeks back I did a cursory check and made a test call before i received it. Later I noticed that the speaker didnt work so I couldn't hear the phone ring. I had to go back to smartnet to have them fix it. I was accomodated imediately and the fix was done in a few minutes. But I was inconvenienced by having to go back.
I do hope that in the future more time is taken to properly inspect, diagnose, repair and re-assemle the phones brought in for service. No question you guys have the best customer service. Maybe its even because you want to provide fast tunaround for us that some of the service quality is lost. But like Chris725 says better repair service is more important that customer service. But I'm sure you guys can manage to give your customers both!
I do hope you guys take this constructively!

I have an ericsson A2618 and a T28. both have no warranties & defective. Pwede ko ba dalahin to check kung maaayos pa? May diagnostic charge ba?
I'm planning to have my T610 upgraded this week. pwede ko bang isagay yun 2 unit?
