I just mailed a loooooong list to SE about all the problems and issues.
The list contains items from camera issues, mp3 player to file corruption and more.
Thatīll keep them busy!
But seriosly, i hope that helps them to fix everything!

Very fast data transfer and no mem duo corruption - just remember to unplug the USB from the docking station - i.e. never connect usb from pc to phone until R1N is fixed. You will need a mem stick adapter to convert mem duo to mem stick.

i sent them a message via their "contact us" page. Thereīs no actual mail adress. You choose from different topics/issues and then you fill in a form with your complaints and questions. You also leave your name (if you wish),e-mail and phone number. And then you send them everything. I think i took the liberty to use a big part of your list and send it to them (the swedish support site) Hope that is okey with you? But even if i sent them my complaints, do send yours! The more people that send them concrete complaints, the better!
Anyway, i hope you find the right page! Let me know if you donīt.
Where do you live? Itīs interesting to know where people live because everybody have the same problems with the firmware. And it is good to tell SE that the whole world is...shall i say irritated at SE for their crappy firmware. Hehe.

Nah iīm not a confronting person.. just very persistent when i think something is wrong (that is, in this case, when a product that i and others have payed good money for doesnīt work)! Hehe!
I havenīt confronted any person, just SE.

I did tell them theire a bit useless but they only apologise for me feeling that way....
what a laugh...
It is my fault for spending a fortune on theire fones after all...
maybe I should be mad at myself for believing that paying that much money and expecting a worthy product is too much to ask...

well i donīt think you should blame yourself for buying a SE product. I think that you off course should be able to expect it to work, and hereīs the thing- it did work before the so called upgrades! Now thatīs bothering me!
I studied and worked with sales and am also a purchaser plus have worked at Ericsson and that amongst other things put toghter makes me draw the conclusion that it is well within our rights to get a bit angry and complain on SE. Especially since the realease sooo badly tested firmware and encourage us to use it hehe
But iīve done my part now...so all i can do is wait and see. My phone is at the shop...looking forward to see what they will do with it...hopa they just put the old firmware back...then i will be quiet hehe
